NATA Laboratory

Stemar operates a fully accredited NATA Laboratory. Accreditation No 14769.

Complying with ISO/IEC 17025-2005 the laboratory has the following measurement capabilties:

1.35 Inductors and instrument transformers

Refer to Class 3.05 for measurement capability

3.05 Inductor and Transformer testing
.12 Current transformers and protective current transformers
Accuracy tests at 50 Hz with rated primary currents up to 8000 A and
rated secondary currents up to 5 A, at 0.6 to unity power factor burdens
with least uncertainty of measurement of -
0.03% for current error
1.5 minutes for phase angle error:

Polarity checks, magnetising curves and power frequency and
induced high voltage tests at voltages up to 30 kV
by the methods of -
AS 1675, AS 60044.1, IEC 60044-1, ANSI C57.13 and similar specifications
